Eye-Therapy.com Writing Contest Entry Information

Are you a writer? Would you like your work to be published on the Internet for all to see?

 

 

Enter our writing contest. Entries may be prose or poetry and may be on any subject. Enter as many times as you like. Entries will be voted on by viewers. If you would like to vote in the contest, please go to our Writing Contest Voting Page.

Winning entries will appear on the Eye-Therapy.com web site. The only limit to the number of winning entries is the number of writings you send in.

Rules

There is no limit to the number of entries you can make.

Send your entry on a 3 ½” floppy disk or CD.

All entries must be written in English. The subject matter need not be specifically related to the Eye-Therapy.com web site. We reserve the right to reject any entry that is deemed inappropriate.

To Enter

Fill out the Media Release Form and submit it with your entry(entries). It must be completely filled out and signed to be eligible. Staple it to your entry(entries).

If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or guardian sign the form, also.

All legal owners must sign the form.

If someone else took a hand in creating the entry, they must sign the bottom part as the Non-Owner Contributor.

If your writing includes quotes from an identifiable person, they must sign an Interview Release Form.

Judging

Final judgment will be made by members of the Eye-Therapy.com staff.

Deadline

Entries must be received no later than Tuesday the 30th 2026f June 2026. Entries received after that will automatically be consider in future Eye-Therapy.com contests.
