Eye-Therapy.com Video Contest Entry Information

Enter a video that has won a place in your heart so it can win a place in other Eye-Therapy.com viewers' hearts, too. Entries will be voted on by viewers. If you would like to vote in the contest, please go to our Video Contest Voting Page.

Winning clips will appear in color on the Eye-Therapy.com web site. The only limit to the number of winning entries is the number of videos you send in.

Rules

Videos can be either VHS, Mini-DV, 3/4 inch, or, if in digital format, on a CD, VCD or DVD.

We reserve the right to reject any video deemed inappropriate.

To Enter

Fill out the Media Release Form and submit it with your video(s). It must be completely filled out and signed to be eligible.

If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or guardian sign the form, also.

All legal owners must sign the form.

If someone else took a hand in creating the entry, they must sign the bottom part as the Non-Owner Contributor.

EVERY person who appears or whose voice can be heard in your video(s) must sign a Model Release Form.

Identifiable private property in your material must include a Property Release Form.

Judging

Videos will be judged for their general interest. Beautiful portraits, funny or unusual situations or themes, and generally interesting material will all be considered. Final judgment will be made by members of the Eye-Therapy.com staff.

Deadline

Entries must be received no later than Tuesday the 30th 2026f June 2026. Entries received after that will automatically be consider in future Eye-Therapy.com contests.
